Breast Asymmetry Correction Before & After Case 453

This 51-year-old woman had breast cancer diagnosed on a right breast biopsy. The biopsy scar is visible on the preop pictures. She then underwent a nipple-sparing mastectomy by a breast oncologic surgeon. In the same operation, Dr. Stoker performed a right breast reconstruction using a 354cc, textured, round, silicone gel implant. He also performed a left breast lift to improve her asymmetry. She is shown before and 13 months following her surgery. Fortunately, she has had no recurrence of the breast cancer.
