This 36-year-old mother wanted to restore the fullness in her breasts that she lost following pregnancy. Because she was an active long distance runner, she did not want to be larger than a full B-cup. Dr. Stoker performed breast augmentation with 272cc, round, textured, silicone gel implants placed under the muscle through areolar incisions. She is shown before and four years following her surgery.
