This 33-year-old woman was particularly unhappy with the bulbous tip of her nose, wanting it to be more consistent with the rest of her features and to look more feminine. He would use an "open" incision rhinoplasty technique, using a small incision on the underside of the nose, and make small adjustments to the slope of her nose and to the tip to create a more feminine contour and achieve the results she wanted.

Two months after her surgery, her "after" photos were taken to show her progress. Her nose now matches the rest of her features and has a perky and narrower tip.
