Dr. Stoker is an artist and an incredibly skilled surgeon. I had severe diastasis recti after 4 pregnancies, my third child weighing almost 11 pounds. I am a physically fit person at 5’8”, 138 pounds, but I continued to appear 4-5 months pregnant despite all my efforts to exercise and stay fit. I always had surgery in the back of my mind as a potential solution, but I didn’t want to deal with the pain and being out of commission for a while. After my youngest child turned 3, I decided that I wanted to look into an abdominoplasty with Dr. Stoker. He was recommended by my local OB GYN. I couldn’t be happier. Dr. Stoker is an easy person to be around. He is down to earth yet very professional and the best in his profession. I felt comforted from the moment I went to my first appointment and knew that I wanted to proceed with the surgery. Everyone in Dr. Stoker’s office made the experience very positive, and I was most notably impressed with the anesthesiologist who called me the night before the surgery to ask how I was doing and explain what was going to happen the next day. I did not experience much pain at all despite the fact that it was a major surgery. I am now 2 months post-surgery and the results are beyond my expectations. My 4-5 month ‘pregnant belly’ is now as flat as a pancake, and it looks very natural. I am extremely grateful to Dr. Stoker and amazed at his ability to put my body back to where it was pre-pregnancy and help me feel terrific about my appearance again.
Dr. Stoker is the best of the best! After losing 240 pounds, plastic surgery was absolutely necessary for me to achieve optimal well-being. After extensive research, I know there was no one better than Dr. Stoker and his team. From the initial consult over Skype to years’ post-surgery, I couldn't be happier. Dr. Stoker is the very best plastic surgeon! Don’t just take my word for it; really look at his before & after photos online. Pick them apart and you will see the amazing differences between his skill and others. Beyond Dr. Stoker, he has an amazing team behind him. Before my (9 hour) surgery, I spoke with everyone that would be in the operating room. Not only did this calm my nerves but they gathered all necessary information that could give me the best results while keeping me safe. My surgery was complex and removed over 6 feet (yes, feet) of excess skin. To be exact, I had a Panniculectomy, Extended Abdominoplasty, and a Pubic Lift. The Pannoculectomy & Abdominoplasty removed the majority of excess skin, giving me a flat stomach and new belly button. Two years later, I can barely see the scar and my abs are out of this world since the muscles were also tightened. As for the Public Lift; amazing! There is an area below the typical Abdominoplasty “line” that is the pubic area that also should be lifted properly. I can’t express to you the difference this will make in your confidence and um.. sex life. I simply can’t say enough about my experience with Dr. Stoker and his team. I have made recommendations and others are just as happy with their results. If you are debating surgery after massive weight loss, don’t wait any longer and book a consultation with Dr. Stoker. You will absolutely be making the best decision of your life.
Dr. Hale saw my son when he fractured his ankle. We got in right away for an appointment. Dr. Hale was great to work with and we were very happy with the care she provided.
I would hope that none of my family or friends would need an oncologist but if they ever find that they do I would definitely recommend Dr. Cupino. He Is everything a doctor should be very smart, compassionate, helpful, informative, easy to talk to and professional.
After I got my first procedure with Dr. Stoker, that was it. I'll never go to anyone else! I call him the "Miracle Worker". Starting with the consultation, he's honest, straightforward and professional with a wonderfully gracious personality. He goes out of his way to listen and give you the results you want. His office staff is friendly, detail-oriented and top notch too. I live out of town, which adds another layer of planning, but they are always thoroughly prepared. Throughout the entire process, they made me feel at-home discussing personal topics, answering questions and planning all the details. On top of that, Dr. Stoker is incredibly skilled as a surgeon. He gives you improvements without overdoing it or making you look fake. Even the nurses at the aftercare, who see patients from all the surgeons in LA, rave about Dr. Stoker. He is a handsome, devoted husband and family man; however, with that being said he is devoted to his patients as well. With an excellent surgical hand and an eye for perfection, he master's his gift and skills in perfecting his calling. Due to a partial facelift, I left his surgical table a changed woman. I looked two decades younger and I am mistaken for my daughters sister, rather than her mother. The recovery time was little pain and his attention to every detail was remarkable thus leaving me a changed woman forever, with a new life awaiting me and a chiseled body to perfection. I would recommend this talented surgeon to anyone - he is Dr. David Stoker.
I flew to Los Angeles to have Dr. Stoker fix my badly broken nose. I was very worried about getting my nose to look normal again, so I did lots of research and was willing to fly anywhere in the country. I reviewed and spoke to many doctors before choosing Dr. Stoker. His pictures, reviews and qualifications convinced me to fly across country to see him. And he DELIVERED! My nose is back to normal and he got it right the first time. Plus Dr Stoker and his team were nice and reassuring. And the office has a great view, too.
