After Weight Loss Before & After Case 1680

We have a 46-year-old patient who underwent a significant weight loss through diet and exercise, which left her with laxity in her abdomen and thighs in addition to cellulite. We wanted to give her a full-body rejuvenation treatment comprised of a circumferential body lift including a buttock lift, lateral thigh lift, abdominoplasty, and pubic lift, not only to restore the elasticity but to improve her overall body contour. 

We tightened up the anterior thighs, the pubic area, the mons pubis, removing a significant amount of vertical height of skin. It's almost like her skin had sagged like her pants were down around her mid-thighs. We removed everything in between and pulled them back up where they belonged. The incisions were meticulously positioned where she wears her bikini so she can go to the beach without any signs of having surgery.
