I’m Dr. David Stoker, board-certified plastic surgeon in Los Angeles. Today I’m sharing an inspiring 7-week post-op result from a circumferential lower body lift on a vibrant 52-year-old mother.

She came to us concerned about excess skin and wrinkling around her lower body—something that can really affect confidence. We performed a full 360° lower body lift, removing a significant amount of skin to reshape and rejuvenate her figure.

The difference is dramatic.

Her abdomen is now flat and firm, and her belly button has been beautifully restored. Prior to surgery, the area showed typical signs of skin laxity, but now her midsection looks incredibly natural and youthful. The belly button alone is a standout result — elegant and well-proportioned just seven weeks out.

From the back, you can see her curves have been enhanced, and her buttocks are smoother and more lifted. We were able to preserve and shape her natural volume to create a contour that looks authentic and age-defying.

As for her incision — it’s precisely placed, low, and already fading nicely. While it’s still in the healing phase, we’re taking active steps to ensure the scar continues to fade beautifully. Our scar protocol includes:

Silicone sheeting and topical gels

Fractional CO₂ laser treatments in-office over the next few months

We’ll continue this routine until the incision becomes virtually undetectable.
