Today, I want to share an early postoperative result from a beautiful circumferential body lift patient. This patient has a natural spinal curvature — some mild scoliosis, which is very common with age — yet the result is still exceptionally smooth and well-balanced.

The way I perform this surgery is unique: I remove excess skin and double up the fat to enhance the curvature of the buttocks, giving patients more shape and projection than they would have had naturally. As you can see, the buttock contour is smooth, with minimal dimpling or laxity, even during movement.

We lifted the lower back and outer thigh areas, improving tightness and reducing cellulite all the way down. This patient's results are not only dramatic—they’re also functional and confidence-boosting.

One important design feature I want to highlight is the scar placement. The incision is carefully positioned to sit below the bikini line, so patients can wear swimsuits or undergarments comfortably and confidently.
