Breast Augmentation with Fat Grafts Before & After Case 1935
Case Details
A breast lift with fat grafting can be especially well suited to a smaller frame, where proportion matters as much as position. For this patient, Dr. David Stoker performed a breast lift (mastopexy) to reshape the breasts and raise them on the chest. He combined it with fat grafting to add volume using her own tissue instead of an implant.
The breast lift removes excess skin and tightens the breast into a firmer, higher position, but it does not add fullness on its own. Fat grafting provides that fullness in a measured way. Fat is harvested through liposuction and transferred into the breasts, where it becomes part of the breast tissue. On a petite build, this approach avoids adding more volume than her frame can comfortably carry.
The before and after photos show breasts that sit higher and appear fuller, with a shape that stays in proportion with her chest and shoulders. Some grafted fat may be reabsorbed, and results vary between patients. For smaller-framed women who want both lift and a subtle increase in fullness, combining mastopexy with fat grafting can improve shape and position while keeping the result natural and balanced.
