Breast Augmentation with Fat Grafts Before & After Case 1234

We have a beautiful 24-year-old patient from Eastern Europe that came to me to enhance her overall physique. She had diet-resistant fat in her mi-section that she couldn't seem to get rid of despite exercising and dieting. Additionally, she wanted to increase her breast size but didn't want to go with implants; rather, she wanted to use the fat we removed using liposuction to inject in her breasts, giving her more volume and natural curvature. 

We performed power-assisted liposuction 360 degrees around her waist in a very gentle way to preserve as many fat and stem cells as possible. I then injected approximately 200cc per breast of that viable fat and stem cells into the breasts, which increased her almost a full cup size in the after result. This is a long-term result, which I'm really pleased with because it's possible in some cases for that fat not to survive as well, but through meticulous techniques, I found that it is predictable and an excellent procedure.
